So friendly and kept us very aware of what was going on. Great choices for front office people. Very accommodating. The van looked better than before the accident. Would definitely recommend the clawson office and will come back if I every need their help again post accident. Very happy my insurance co is connected with them

Natalie and Steve were amazing the whole process. They kept me updated thoroughly, gave me perfect details on what needed to be done, and the repairs were done perfectly as well. They also helped me on some issues concerning my insurance company as well which they went out of there way to help me with.

Gerber was easy to work with. Helped me through the claim process. Steve was my main contact and he was super solid. Walked me through the car damage and what needed to be done. Showed me what they would do and even sent me a couple emails throughout the process to keep me updated. Natalie in the front office was very cordial and communicative. All around great people and easy to work with. Also got my car back a week earlier than quoted.

We’ve been to Gerber before, so when I needed repair on my vehicle, Gerber was the place to go again. They not only took care of my vehicle, but they also set up my car rental as well. They were prompt with repairs and kept in constant communication with text updates. When my vehicle was complete, they stayed open past closing time on a Friday night so that I could return my car rental. Steve and Natalie were amazing, professional, kind, and treated me like family. I just can’t say enough good about the care that I felt from this team. Thank you Gerber for fixing my vehicle and showing me such compassion
