Natalie and her team are rock solid! Very cheery professional, respectful and quick to respond to any issue with enterprise and Frankenmuth insurance. This woman makes things happen and deserves a raise 🙌 Dealing with this insurance claim was drawn out and beyond frustrating for me but Natalie was extremely helpful in the expedition of returning my truck to me in a timely manner! 5☆☆☆☆☆ would definitely recommend this shop to others!

Only if they do not need their windshield replaced. It took over a week to have mine replaced. In the past it took one day even with the calibration.

The whole situation was new to me was my first car accident, but Gerber collision was able to promptly and correctly direct me on how to fix my vehicle. The timeframe was on point and just a whole everything was amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anybody else, especially the front lady, the best girl, Miss Natalie she made a terrible situation. Feel less of a stress than it was and made it more exciting and funny throughout the process but yeah, the work is amazing and I definitely recommend this to anybody else.

The team at Gerber in Clawson was phenomenal. They made the whole process a breeze, from coordinating with insurance to making my Enterprise rental a streamlined process.
