From start to finish, the staff at Gerber was fantastic! They kept me informed , contacting me twice weekly to give me an update. My car was finished in a shorter time than I expected, and it looked great! They even cleaned the inside, which I very much appreciated! Gerber did a great job repairing my car. They worked directly with the insurance company on estimate adjustments to ensure it was repaired correctly which I appreciate because I didn’t have to get involved. They continually gave me updates on the status of the car throughout the process. They even had the job completed a week early than originally forecasted, even though it was over the Christmas holiday seasons. Great Job!

Natalie is a treasure! She made all the difference in the repair process. I originally was going to use a different repair shop and only stopped by Gerber for the customary “Second Option “ . Natalie’s outgoing and friendly nature was the difference in the selection process even though the repair quote was essentially the same as the first. Natalie kept me informed throughout the process and went out of her way to assist in a rental car issue. Gerber has earned my family’s trust and business going forward. Great job Natalie!!
