I was very satisfied with the repair, but dissatisfied with the communication. With my permission, my vehicle was towed from Auburn to a different Gerber repair shop. I was told that the repair would happen quicker, I would hear from the new shop and that my car would be towed back to Auburn. In the end, I did not even know where my car was until I made two phone calls. The repair was completed by Friday, but I it wasn't ready in time for the tow vehicle to return it to Auburn. Knowing the work was completed, I did not want to wait through the weekend and all day Monday for it to be returned to Auburn, so we drove 45 minutes to pick it up ourselves.

You couldn’t tell thata repair had been made. The car looked brand new. They cleaned the inside as well as the outside. And the cherry on top was that I got my car back a day sooner than expected!
