Communication was excellent and repair was ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, there was a large grease stain on fabric of the driver's side seat. Otherwise a good experience, just can't say I'm completely satisfied is all.

Shoutout to the front desk staff and estimator/adjuster! I have never had a better experience with staff at a mechanic/car repair center. Both staff members I interacted with were kind and understanding, and gave clear detailed explanations to all of my questions and concerns, which was really helpful because I have never had a car repaired through insurance before and was really unsure about the process. The repairs were also very fast! Only two weeks, my SIL’s car has been in a different shop for over a month for very similar repairs. I really hope I don’t need collision repair ever again, but if I do I know where I’ll be going.
