She was awesome, I didn't have to do anything but drop off my car and pick it up. She made all the reservations for rental, and all the calls for approval.

Did even address all issues even when they were presented at drop off. Didn’t complete job, parts weren’t screwed in and bumper was not attached on one side. Broken pieces still on vehicle. Texts sent that it would be done one day then wait all day to hear and we’d get a message one more day. This happen more than once leaving us waiting and putting off job to wait for pick up. This cost us extra out of pocket by over $100 on rental. When Allison called about incomplete work she argued with me about only doing what insurance company approved. I understand that but it’s their job to keep adjuster apprised of all repairs need from accident! Would not return to this shop ever. Nobody has time to deal with making sure the garage is doing their job. 1 I’m not a mechanic, 2. I don’t know body work, 3. I have an insurance company to handle these worries for me! This is why I pay for. Accidents are stressful enough especially when it’s both of your cars!

I was not happy at all when I dropped off my sportage I had a appointment at 830am the so called manager said why was his vehicle put down for today that's unprofessional I was told my sportage would be done same day then I asked the employee how long he said two days what was that I called two days prior to see if I had to rent a car she said no it will be done that same day it looks good but I will go else where I will not be back

Car looks great and rides well too. Car was done in a timely manner and done very well. Hope I never get hit again but if I do I will bring it back to Gerber.
