I was not given an initial timeline for completion. Had I known the work was going to take 18 days, I would have rented a vehicle instead of trying to make things work for my family. That being said, after finally getting an expected completion date, then renting a car for 10 days, the work was completed 7 days ahead of schedule. Hence, I really didn’t need to go through the car rental process, having only used the rental for 48 hours and 62 miles. The work, however, seems top notch.

The body work looks top notch. I have noticed a slight heaviness in steering, the car seems to pull a wee bit when changing lanes or when driving on uneven surfaces.

I had a bad experience with Gerber collision before. So I was quite apprehensive about using them again. I was quite pleased with the work this time. They kept me up-to-date on what was going on and all of that kind of thing which I really appreciated. My car was fixed in a timely manner and that was super appreciated as well.
