The quality of the work was excellent, I would just warn them that the customer service and communication is lacking. So, don't plan on getting your car back when you are told it will be ready. Be prepared to wait.

I was told my car would be ready by early afternoon. I called mid afternoon to inquire about my car and then I was told it wouldn't be until late afternoon (like 4:00pm). I had told the service staff that I would need my car returned to me by 4:30pm at the latest so I could pick my daughter up from daycare. At 4:15pm, I called again after not having heard from the service department, and then I was told I could come get my car. It was an extremely tight deadline, and the lack of communication was frustrating. The quality of work was top notch, however.

I feel the work was great as I didn't even get another quote- I like to get a relationship with people - such as your self. I feel the cost was a little to much- I'm talking $50-65. You ask for my feed back and that is what I feel. Keep in mind- if I need another bump fixed you will most likely see me again. Have a good day and I will still recommend your place.
