Performed work on drivers side fender - didn’t align properly after work was performed - when I returned my truck to have it corrected, they tried to blame the alignment issue on a separate hit that occurred a week after the fact. Then wanted to argue about it rather than stand behind their work

Everyone I interacted with was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! No notes. They took wonderful care of my car and even though it was messy and had lots of other damage/dings from other events not related to my insurance claim, but there was no judgement from staff.

It was a good experience from beginning to end. From the receptionist to the person that did the quote and the people that did the repairs. I like the way they keep you informed on what the status of your vehicle is. It was also very nice for them to clean my vehicle inside and out. Thank you

It would have been a 10 if they hadn't put 100 mi on my vehicle while it was in their shop.

As far as the work goes everything was done. Great. Truck was clean inside and out when I picked it up. I'm just discouraged about the fact that having people that do such good work would put over 100 mi on my vehicle when it was in the shop. I didn't expect to drop off a vehicle and then have it driven 100 miles. Very disappointing.
