Excellent customer service on first vehicle repair. When I brought vehicle back after noticing a few scuffs on repaired region of vehicle, staff were more than happy to repair/buff them out. Would highly recommend based on repairs and customer service for this repair.

From the start, they explained what all needed to be fixed and the estimated length of the repair. I received updates on the progress of the repairs and when I could pick it up. When I picked up my car, it was like brand new! The fender and bumper were all replaced and seemless with the matching color of my car. I was taken aback by the interior detailing that was spotless. I am so impressed with the work Gerber does and will definitely return if I ever need repairs again.
