I had an absolutely terrible experience with Gerber Collision & Glass after my car accident, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting them with their vehicle. They “repaired” my car but completely ignored a very obvious bearing hub noise issue that I specifically pointed out ahead of time—and that had already been diagnosed by another mechanic. It wasn’t subtle, and there’s no excuse for missing it. Either they didn’t bother to check properly or they simply don’t know what they’re doing. To make things worse, instead of taking responsibility and fixing what they missed, they pushed the burden back on me. I was forced to reopen a claim and go through my insurance all over again for something they should have handled correctly the first time. It felt like they were more interested in avoiding accountability than actually fixing the car. This whole process was a huge waste of time and incredibly stressful. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and unwillingness to stand behind their work is unacceptable. I would not trust them with any repairs and definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

The body repair looks good. And might give them an 8 or 9 for it. But my front end collision warning light came on because they did not calibrate it. Now I have to take it back to them to get that work done.
