the surface seems overly tender--there are already various light scratches--just from people brushing past (and a few additional car door dings). There is a place on the rear fender where it is bubbling up (looks like a rust spot that didn't get adequately sanded or something)

After speaking with Tim, he stated that it took four days and not two since he had to do twice the amount of work because of the paint. The previous time a year ago with the same car and similar damage took two days thus causing me this last time twice the amount on the Enterprise rental car.

Not happy taking four days to complete and being told Gerber absorbed twice the cost due to vehicle requiring special paint when Gerber one year ago did a similar repair only being $7 cheaper and done in two days . This extra two days with Enterprise rent a car cost me twice as much for a rental car.

I understand you have other customers but I thought it would take less days to get my car returned back to me considering it to a while to get an appointment. And I only say that because I had to pay for a rental car out of my own pocket which was costly but I guess thatâs my fault for not having car rental in my insurance package. Overall your service was great and when I got in my car and saw you gave it a cleaning, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I held two thumbs up but Iâm not sure if they so me from the window. Oh, and the bumper and fender looks fabulous. Thank you so much. Have a great day.
