The insurance company was billed for an allignment and we received a call that the allignment was not done. They had our vehicle for 3 weeks and now we have to be inconvenienced and find the time to take it back. My husband, the driver of the truck works on cars for a living and noticed a handful of things that need to be fixed before we accept it as 100% final. This vehicle is a lease, it needs to be turned back in mint condition so we don't get charged for anything. We also believe used parts were put on it, which is ridulous....if we would have taken it to the dealership they would have put brand new products on it. Assuming the insurance companies partners up with certain companies for cheaper work.
