I was not happy that my car sat for 2 weeks with no work being done. I would have preferred being given the opportunity to keep my car until you were able to do the work. GEICO paid for a week that they didn't need to. Overall the job looks great and I'm happy to have my car back. Thank you.

This took way too long. I dropped the car off on Dec 10. And received it repaired on Jan 9. It was towed to another repair. I expected it to be towed via a flatbed but it was towed, putting excess wear and tear on my car by being towed by hook and chain or wheel lift. This took so long that USAA sent me BY MAIL, they they have not received an estimate on Dec 15. I don’t care if it is the holiday. This took way too long. If I knew I’d it was going to towed the way it was, I would have taken it somewhere else. I believe the wheel damage was done from the tow and will be filing a grievance with USAA. I don’t know what other damage was done from the tow since I didn’t get the car back until 530pm on Jan 9. I kept calling and asking for a time when the car would be returned. It was not towed from the Dumfries location until I arrived at Springfield at 430. Why did it take all day on Jan 9 to get the car back? Gerber damaged the car towing it to Dumfries. I will be letting USAA I am EXTREMELY not happy with the service I received. I hope I never get into another accident but if I do I will never use Gerber. I will recommend to everyone I know not to use Gerber. I could inspect the car visually when it arrived at 530 pm. It was dark and we could not see anything.

When I initially dropped it off I was informed that I would be kept up to date often. It was more than that I was kept up to date every time a new process was started. Up until the time it was actually fully complete and ready to be picked up. I wish more companies businesses like this with practice this kind of work ethic it would be wonderful.
