I picked up my car when the repairs were finished to find that there were smudges in the paint, no licence plate holder had be ordered and my front plate was in my windsheild, my key was broken when it was not brown when I left the car with you and yesterday I discovered that my windshield wiper cleaner was not correctly reattached but instead the clamp was broken and just left broken for me to drive home.
