THe staff was friendly and prompt. I appreciated the regular updates on the status of my proposal, and later, the work itself. I hated having to do have work done, but if I had to go there...I was very glad that I selected GERBER. I will be happy to recommend GERBER to my friends.

The repairs took very long and despite the time it took to finish the repairs, when I got the car back, it was showing a warning light for the charging system and the horn was not working. Additionally, the car still hadn't had all the parts put back on it.
