USAA insurance is under my husbands name however every form I completed with Gerber had my name, Jennifer Saxton and my contact information on it. However every time they called about an update they continued to contact my husband Joe Russ on his cell phone. It was very frustrating. I even informed the representative over the phone that it was my car and to contact me but they continued to update my husband every day.

I am glad that my van is fixed, however, the panel to replace the inside of the back of the van is severely scratched and looks like it was taken from the inside of a work truck. The bit of bodywork done looks great. I understand my van is a year 2000, but it is in great condition and the parts used to repair it should be in as good as shape or better if it needs repair. The personnel were extremely courteous.
