The estimator was pleasant ;his work was timely and informative. I was pleased with the work done and the short turnaround. The receptionist/cashier/front desk staffer was a turnoff. She seemed to feel that dealing with me was a burden. I don't know what I might have said or done to create that I hope it was an isolated pair of non-consecutive experiences. My view of everything else about Gerber Collision was and is positive, notably the fact that their estimate was significantly below the other estimate I obtained.

Everything is good. I’m just disappointed with the lack of communication. They told me my truck should be ready by Friday and I told them that I am leaving for vacation on Saturday . I have called many times no one answered. So I have called and canceled my hotel.
