They did a fantastic job repairing damage to the front end of my Toyota. Paint was blended perfectly. They kept me updated on the repairs almost daily. That mostly depends on if the incorrect install of my tailgate is addressed.

The tailgate has been installed at a skew of about a 1/4 inch. It is very clearly that way and the skew follows the entire left rear side around the tailgate (outbound of the car) and is equally off on the right hand side of the car (inbound). I do not see how this could have been missed in any quality inspections. Please contact mess that we can get this resolved ASAP.
