Originally advised it would be an 8 hour repair, then when I dropped off the vehicle it turned into a 4-5 day wait. Had I known, I would’ve made transportation accommodations. There was a lack of communication with updates in the repair process and when the vehicle was returned it was covered in dirt. When questioned why it wasn’t cleaned, the salesperson took the vehicle behind the location and just rinsed off the drivers side door. There was dirt all along the drivers side floor board and on the floor. The entire vehicle had not been washed, and had a layer of dirt on it.

So professional and communicative with the progress of my repair. The turnaround time on the repair work was quicker than expected, given their approximate date. Will definitely recommend them! And will use them again should we need an auto repair! (hopefully won’t be needed!)
