There is a loud, terrible chatter in the left rear end. I took it back on Tuesday, recorded the sound Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday all day and taking it back today, Thursday to see what can be done.

The process felt rushed and the vehicle looks a little sloppy. I know we are not supposed to touch the painted area but there are marks all over the place and I can't figure out if this will come out when washed? Also the new fendar was loose Did not use all new parts - reused old parts. Asked for an alignment and they blew me off. The vehicle still pulls to the right.
