I was informed of the progress of my vehicle but I called to check on the progress and was asked if they could call me back. I said yes but never heard from them. This mix up resulted in my not knowing my vehicle was ready that day and when they called to ask me when I was picking it up it was almost closing time and I was an hour away from the shop. I also had a rental vehicle that my insurance would not pay past the repair, which Gerber had let know was done. I was so sorry for the mix up. The manager stayed late so I could get my car and leave the rental.

Some of the feedback about damage was rather dramatic. Tiny dent inside the door and I was lectured about "structural integrity" - seemed like they wanted to charge my insurance for a new door
