There were some issues with the car when I picked it up. I told if there were any problems please let them know before I took the survey so they could fix the problem. When we called with the problem we were initially treated very rudely. The problem was fixed but they were not happy about fixing the problem and made the experience very uncomfortable.

I would recommend Gerber toy friends for the work done, and caution my friends to insist that the the vehicle be secured when not inside the repair-bay. Additionally, I would further discourage my friends from having Gerber's detailer detail their vehicle (I was informed that the detailer was the last person inside my vehicle, and most likely the person who left the vehicle unsecured).

I was VERY disappointed when I found that my vehicle was left unsecured outside of the gated area when I went to pick it up. The repair work Gerber did for my vehicle was excellent.

Cindy, the receptionist, called Wednesday saying that the vehicle would be done Thursday afternoon,but when we arrived Thursday Cindy stated that the the "glass guy" was not able to deliver a part and the vehicle would not be read. Additionall, Cindy stated that she was very busy Thursdayand "did not have time to call" is to inform us that the vehicle would not be ready on time (saving us the effort of coming to pick up our vehicle as we had done).
