The reason I say 5. I was told to come pick up the car and the quality of work was terrible. Large amount of orange peel. Scuffed new lower bumper. 3m double back tape showing where they attempted to reinstall the oem emblem. Tape from when they masked off the car. And we had scheduled the windshield to be replaced and it wasn't done. The body line was not consistent. I inspected the vehicle and was genuinely appalled. Cindy the estimate maker told me she would fix it. It's now been fixed and I repaired correctly
