Overall, I’m very satisfied with the repair work on my F-150 Lightning at Gerber Collision & Glass in Everett. The quality of the work was excellent, and once I connected with the General Manager, Joshua, he was reassuring and transparent about the delays caused by defective condensers. My initial concerns turned out to be unfounded, and I appreciate his effort to explain the situation clearly. The only area for improvement would be earlier and more proactive communication. Once Joshua got involved, everything was handled professionally and resolved well.
