The entire staff was very welcoming. They were professional and polite. They took care of me as soon as I asked in for my appointment made sure that I was connected with Enterprise for my rental car. They kept me abreast of the status of my car and had my car ready in the estimated date. My car looks looks wonderful. Gerber Collison & Glass is the new ownership replacing L&M Collison in Fort Washington MD. My car wasn't repaired correctly by L&M and I was frustrated trying to get the issues corrected. The new manager EARL understood after looking into my complaint with the former bodyshop he said he would make sure the repair is done to my satisfaction. That's exactly what EARL did and I'm now very happy. I would recommend this Repair Body shop .
