We pick the car up and went to get gas. When the speed got to 40 mph. The flap was not tightened up. We brought the car back and the service man gave us a hard time. We ask for the company email address to inform them that when we brought the car in there was no noise. Once we said we was going to inform Gerber Collision the man tightened the flap.

Absolutely not! I would not return to the shop and this company again. I asked for a manager to call me back for a complaint to corporate and only a costumer service rep from the shop called me back. I met the manage once we did a walk around and he still did not capture all the repairs that was needed. During that time I did not know that was the manager. I only found out the manager when I picked up the vehicle.
