Well done. My only gripe was that the driver’s side window and center of the windshield were cloudy, as if a rag with oils on it had been used to woe them down. I made my driving home a little blurry but I used glass cleaner at home to clear it up. Other than that, the car was returned in a clean condition, inside and out. Thank you again

Intake area was very clean. The staff very respectful and professional. The damaged area of my vehicle looks brand new and was returned to me cleaner than when I left it. I would definitely recommend this collison center for repairs.

You gave an unnecessarily long estimate of time for repair. I canceled appts for the second week. When I asked after several days for the detailed estimate I was told basically no. Eventually I was called and told it was now out for alignment. No one ever told me prior this it needed alignment. The estimate docs I got from geico's website didn't make sense. Communication and planning was poor throughout. The actual finished work done was great.

Vehicle looks good I’m satisfied so far, I started to take it to the Lexus for repairs but changed my mind. Gerber did a fantastic job. They also cleaned car extremely well. Whoever clean car should open a car wash. Thanks to all and such a friendly staff of employees. Kudos!!!!🙏
