Completely missed a cracked tail light and the front bumper repair has something in the paint and fish eyed. Also the bodywork on the passenger side is still out of line. They are supposed to be ordering parts but I'll have to take it back to them. This is costing gas that I'm having to come out of pocket for on a wreck that I'm not at fault on. Will update my review when the repairs are actually complete but my car was pristine when I purchased it and I expect it to be pristine again after this.

The truck was not finished by the date we were told it would be finished. A part was on back order(trim on rear window). I made the suggestion if we could drive the vehicle while we waited on the part. They gave us the truck but we are still waiting on the part. It cost us additional money on our rental car that insurance did not cover.

I was getting messages saying vehicle would be done on 7/22. Actually got it back 9 days earlier. Would have been nice if I would have known that as I filled up my rental car that morning thinking I had 9 days to go

The folks at Gerber are the best body shop around. Not only do they do a fantastic job down to the most minute detail, but they are in constant contact with you, giving you day to day updates. I am very picky when it come to people doing work for me, for the time being, Gerber will be doing all my body and glass work! Keep it up!!!
