My car won't start! I am stuck in the parking lot of the Kroger on Nashville Hwy. in Columbia. Same problem Mechelle had this morning when I picked it up from Caliber. I have been trying for 20 minutes to get it started! Completely unacceptable! Now I have to contact Progressive again and start all over with my claim! Kent Cooper 615.420.1542

Great experience! Almost over communication to let me know what stage my car was at and they even had the repairs done a few weeks ahead of schedule and my car looks good as new! I hope I won’t need anymore work done in the near future but I would definitely come back.

I found and used Caliber Collision through my insurance company. They performed excellent repair work in a very timely manner with no hassle whatsoever. Keeping me in the loop via text messages and completing the job to perfection. My car was washed and cleaned inside as well.
