It was great working with the front office. However, when the car is ready for pick up please try contacting the customer by both phone and e-mail. My car was ready on a Friday and you attempted to reach me Friday, Monday, and Tuesday. I do not have voicemail and I typically do not answer a number I do not recognize. But I did provide my e-mail address on the car intake form and I check my e-mail regularly. Texting would have also worked. Thank you.
