I was very pleased with the quality of work done. I loved the email status updates which kept me informed. I was shocked at how quickly they completed my repair. My car looked great when I picked it up. They cleaned the inside and out and it even looked like they buffed it!

I have yet to experience any functionality issue with the work in the car itself, but the lack of contact and the several missing pieces found on first glance have me concerned about the overall work and quality control of the shop. Due to my injury from the accident I have not been able to drive the car since getting it back.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision in Franklin. I have to admit I am type A so I went to 3 different shops for estimates. I wasnât looking for the lowest price, I was looking for the best job. I met Wes at Gerber and was pleased with the answers he gave as we looked over my vehicle. Of coarse since Gerber was # 3, I was already armed with the answers. The work was perfect, and completed in a very timely manor. Thank you Gerber for taking care of my car.
