I am very satisfied with the work that was done! However, the work was not complete on the date it was scheduled for completion and I ended up having to pay for the rental car an extra nine days. Thank you so much for the awesome job that was done!

Tommy Manning handled the repairs and Samantha in the front office were also great to deal with. Only problem seemed to be length of time to get the repairs completed, which was not their fault. Evidently, Lexus had “difficulty ” getting all the parts needed to them in a timely manner.

It was completed to our full satisfaction. In a couple days, the safety system quit working and they got me right back in to figure it all out.

I was kept up to date until the last couple days. I had to call when the completion date went past and heard no updates. Would have been good to receive an update when it would not be done on the anticipated completion date. The receptionist was exceptional when I dropped my car off. My insurance had not arranged for a rental like they said they would and she called for me and got it all set up!

The workmanship was excellent and all support staff and skilled auto repair specialists were very courteous and professional through the entire repair process!

Gerber was very helpful sorting out the details of our hail damage repair. The office staff was very efficient and helpful answering both insurance and repair questions. They also kept us current with the repair process with weekly status updates on their portal. We dropped the car off for repair 08/04/25 and were soon advised that it would be finished by 08/26/25. The shop was swamped with repairs yet managed to call us 08/12/25 to report that it was ready for pickup. One of the repair managers had us inspect the vehicle inside and out before taking it home to see if it met with our satisfaction. We couldn’t believe the incredible work…it was flawless! Again, Gerber Collision and Glass worked flawlessly and professionally throughout the repair process!!! Our Allstate agents were extremely helpful throughout the entire process! Allstate advised that we consider using Gerber as they were one of their trusted shops. We certainly would recommend them and Allstate to anyone requiring high quality service!
