The service was outstanding. Everyone at Gerber was friendly, courteous and professional. Rick did a great job of communicating with us and keeping us posted on the progress. The work was done well ahead of schedule which meant we did not have to rent a car. Highly recommend Gerber in Franklin.

I was very satisfied with the quality of my repair job. I was just missing 2 pieces that were damaged and had said they would be replaced also, but was not when I got home and was looking at the front more closely , and the covers were not replaced. Didn’t fix the Black running light covers not repaired. They’re torn/broken also. We spoke about them and was told “not to worry, we’ll get them”
