We requested, if possible, to have the car returned within 2 days so we could drive it out of town for the holidays. The second day was a Saturday and the store was only open until noon. However, the service rep said that, if necessary, she would come in on Saturday afternoon to ensure we were able to get the car back in time for our trip. That very much exceeded our expectations and I would rate customer service a 10plus based on that! Thanks so much!
