This one is regarding the replacement of the windshield. Subcontractor hired by Gerber didn’t do a good job. Paint scratches were made on left pillar. Top rubber strip sticking out of the windshield and half of the whole VIN number is obscured due to misalignment. May cause issues in future events such as inspections, selling vehicle or claims…Also, molding adhesive not blacking out fully on the edges. Could be air bubbles? Not sure. I pointed them out to the GM before leaving the site and asked for a re installation and correction of scratches. GM was very attentive and understood my frustration regarding the windshield case. We have exchanged phones numbers for follow ups.
