This is my second time going to Gerber. I was completely satisfied the first time as well. They went above and beyond and were able to paint a part of my car that I was originally told wasn't part of the repair and couldn't be painted. A door was replaced and I couldn't tell. My car looks like new in that area!

It does not appear that the repair was thoroughly completed and I am now having to follow up on an issue that might not have been addressed by your team. Considering the car was with you for four weeks, this is extremely disappointing.

The whole process was quick and hassle free from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the turnaround time was much faster than I expected, and I was kept informed along the way. My car came back looking great, and I didn't have to deal with any of the usual back and forth or delays you sometimes get with repair shops.
