Thank you for sending the text updates. I really appreciated knowing what was going on. I also appreciated the phone calls updating me on the progress of my car. The ladies at the front desk are also very nice and courteous. The car was left very very clean-- immaculate, really! The repair looked great as well.

The Gaithersburg location has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Being in the hospitality business, my expectation level is fairly high. Unfortunately, I've had the pleasant opportunity of visiting with them on three separate occasions all within the past year so I have had the opportunity to come in contact with the entire staff and I must say they ALL have one thing in common, which is to exhibit outstanding customer service while exceeding your expectations. They realize that "customer communication" is a very important key to outstanding service, in conjunction with performing an outstanding repair. Gretchen, Joanne and everyone in that office are definitely "top notch" and go above and beyond to make every customer not only satisfied, but feel special and valued during a stressful time of car repair.
