I was very impressed with the whole process. Gail and Joanne were very courteous and kept me verbally apprised of my car's status. The body work was completed in less than TWO DAYS!!! Upon final inspection, it was discovered that the rear wheels were not properly aligned, previously unknown damage from the incident. It was determined to be a broken shock that was promptly repaired. My car was ready for pick-up the next day. Total time from start to finish ... less than a week!! The car looks great - and absolutely no ill effects to the hardtop convertible mechanism. (I was very concerned any misalignment would cause it to be non-functional.)
