The trunk lid is obviously misaligned up and this just seems sloppy. I have to come back in to just get it adjusted. I am also having to come back in because the repair did not include fixing water going into the tai light, which now pours out when the truck lid is opened.

Communication was very poor. I had to call for updates and I wouldn't have known about significant timeline changes had it not been for me calling. And when I was told to get a callback the following day, I did not - again, requiring me to call in to get information.
