The lady that works the front desk is genuinely the kindest most patient professional I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with on a frustrating situation. I appreciated how sweet she was with my children while we waited for our rental car to arrive, how wonderful she was on the phone while trying to help me get the information I needed, and how kind she was at checkout. Their were a lot of quality control items noted. There was a bolt that was not put back in the headlight housing. Some bolts on the fender were loose enough to tighten with hand. The guard between the fender and door was not secured back in place. Exterior paint looked pretty decent.
