Staff was very professional yand kept me updated while the repair was being done. I was happy that it was ready before the anticipated completion date. Additionally they were very helpful in helping me get to work without delay the day I dropped my car off and was waiting on Enterprise to me up; they took me to Enterprise so I wouldn't have to wait. My whole experience and every bit of communication was very positive.

I am so appreciative of everyone working hard to get my car repaired in 4 days so that I could drive to Atlanta on 1/4. I was pleasantly surprised by the Christian music playing in the lobby and the friendliness and professionalism of everyone. The only thing is that my driver side mirror does not function 100%. It goes up and down but does not go left/right. A minor fix I am sure, but the car wont be back in Raleigh until early April. Gloria 410-707-9024. Take care.

The driver side door panel looks great. However, the driver side mirror is not operating completely. It goes up and down, but not left or right unless I use my hand.
