This is the third (maybe fourth) time I have had my car repaired at this Gerber location. Every time I have used Gerber the shop was efficient, the job was very well done, really the best quality work around. Staff kept me informed the whole process and Jay was super nice as always. I am happy with every aspect of my interaction with Gerber. I went in not knowing anything about the process. The ladies at the front were always so nice and helpful. The guys answered every question I had. I loved receiving a text each morning keeping me up on the progress. And once I picked my vehicle up! Wow!! It was beautiful!!! I am so happy with Gerber. There was a rip in my carpet when I received my vehicle back and I was told that the Tech said it was already there and it wasn't. Then my husband called to talk to someone and nobody returned the call. They can tell me all they want that it was there but I know it wasn't now nobody want to talk about it or return phone calls.
