The customer service was great! However, the date for my car to be completed kept being pushed back until it was nearly a week later than originally intended. When I did get my car back, there were still papers in the floorboards and the interior was very dusty. I spent about 20 minutes cleaning that once I got back home. The repair itself looks very nice.

They communicated with me on every step. They were very friendly. Explain how everything would work help me with making sure I was able to get to rent a car to come pick me up from gerber collision and letting me know that I could leave that car there and they would have Enterprise come pick it up.

Great customer service from the front desk and awesome body and paint job. Only complaint i have is i told the estimater that i didn't want to replace my mud flap cause it had sentimental value and he replaced anyways and i also ask not to change my headlight cause nothing was wrong with the one that was there and he replaced it anyways.

Gerber Collision did an AWESOME JOB!!! From the time my car was checked in by the the WONDERFUL young lady at the front desk to the person who did my car!!! My insurance covered 30 days....and they finished my car in eight days!!! I am SO HAPPY AND PLEASED with the results!!! From now on Gerber Collision and Glass is the place I will choose to do business with!!! I always pray before I make a decision and I thank God for sending me here!!! I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT service I received here!!!
