When I was there to pick up my car I noticed a that there’s still a scratch on the front of my car that I pointed out to the employee. He said for us to bring it back in so that they can buff it out. This is very inconvenient! This tells me that the work was not checked.

The repair looks really good! I wish there was better communication because my car was there for an entire week before I heard any updates after I was told it would only take a few days. Then it was finished two days early unexpectedly with no warning. It all worked out because I was accommodated. But the communication overall was not great
