Excellent service, excellent shop and dedicated employees. I loved absolutely everything: start to finish. State Farm appraiser did a great job, was courteous and efficient, knowledgeable. It was very convenient to have the agent at the same location. Gerber employees were great, kept me up to date about the service. Contacted me with update and follow-ups. I absolutely loved AutoWatch - great stuff! And the job was executed perfectly. I got back restored and clean vehicle. I think your work was top notch. The repairs to my car was very very good. However, the damage initially done, among other things, sprung the passenger side door, and your repair process did not align it as well as I expected a repair shop to do so. I will probably bring it back in.
