It took them 3 times to fix my car correctly.

Frank is the one who originally delt with my repairs. I constantly had to call him to find out what was going on with the repairs. Dania kept making me feel like it was my fault they need 3 tries to repair the vehicle and was completely dismissive. Corey was the only person i would deal with again.

They did not complete all of the necessary work to my car. Even after I told them about several items that needed address from the accident. It has now been 3 days since they said that they would submit quote to my insurance for the additional work, and I nor my insurance company have heard a thing, .
