My only disappointment is this: You estimated .8 hr labor. State Farm estimated 1 hr labor. It took 25 min to replace the mirror. You charged me 1 hr labor. I kindly disputed, and paid your original estimate of .8 hr labor, even though it didn't even take that long. This is not a lot of money, but that would be missing the point.
