Gerber was excellent to work and very transparent regarding their repair prices - we had backed into the neighbors car and they were awesome working with us and without insurance. I've used Gerber Collision for my last two accidents. It seems like it took a lot to get the work started, it stayed at the Mesa center for almost a week before transferring it to Gilbert. I was told the reason to transfer to Gilbert was because they didn't have as high a workload as they did in Mesa. The car came into Mesa on Tuesday and it wasn't started on in Gilbert until the following week. I was told that someone would call me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me an update on the car. In the 3 weeks that you had the car, I was only called twice.
