Estrella at the front counter is the best and deserves a raise. I felt bad being “one of those people” and calling in so much to the point of her knowing which car was mine every time I called in. I got her every time and she was always nice every time

We have had success in the past with other Gerber locations. This time it was a miserable experience and I will never recommend any Gerber locations to anyone.

Immediately upon picking up my car there was smoke coming from my car and an extreme exhaust smell coming from the exhaust. I took it right back and they told me there is nothing more they can do and that I need to take it to my own mechanic to figure out what the issue is to determine if this was a result of the car accident. Prior to taking my car to the shop this was not happening and the had ran codes on my car showing that it was fine before they had it. Now, the second that I pick it up the car has issues and Gerber is having me handle this issue on my own and to call the insurance company. Very stressed and unsatisfied.
